Australia Post

For orders 22kg or less, we use Australia Post’s eParcel system. Each parcel is assigned a barcoded address label, allowing you to track its progress online.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Within the same state:
  • Metro to metro or same town: 3–4 days
  • Metro to country: 3–4 days
  • Country to country: 4–5 days
• Interstate Deliveries:
  • Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 3–5 days
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, Tasmania: 4–8 days
  • Other locations: Check with your local office

Aramex

For lighter parcels under 22kg, we use Aramex, known for its affordable and efficient delivery services. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

• Aramex requires a non-PO Box address for delivery.
• Shipments are collected daily, and each parcel comes with a barcoded label for tracking.

Allied Express

For larger parcels over 22kg, we ship with Allied Express, one of Australia’s leading courier services. Allied Express will contact you via SMS or phone call prior to delivery.

Team Global Express

For parcels under 30kg, we use Team Global Express, offering secure and efficient nationwide delivery. A non-PO Box address is required for delivery.

• If you miss a delivery, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery.
